Savannah Property Management/Pam T Property Management has been in the property management business for 30+ years, starting with just 5 properties -which we still have today- growing to over 300 properties. Our business is locally owned, family run company specializing in residential property management.

We will work for the small investor to control expenses, which will increase your bottom line. Our goal is to build a trustworthy relationship with our owners and give them peace of mind plus take away the day-to-day headaches and stress that often comes with property management.
